    I want to keep up with my studies and do drawing practice for 30m a day, but do I have to check in every day as well?

    I'm wondering the same :) As my challenge is only the days I train Kung Fu, I don't know if that's "legal" in this challenge

    Check in, and Goggings-check-in.
    (I think it should be fine to check in only once a week for Goggins-Challenge.
    It is the same as with the Duels. You have to fight daily and at least once a week you have to check in and be honest, if you meet your goals, or not.
    But checking in daily can also help your motivation.)

    I have just relapsed. Thats no good for me. It was hard not to.
    But I think this time I will do better. So i really want a rematch. Are you down?

    Yes, well we were drunks and always drank together back in the day. Him and beer just go together...

    Edit: I just ended up relapsing too. Overall doing well though.

    Checking in. I peeked a few mins of a P video tonight (about 3 mins, 50 sec, then clicked out). It was totally on auto-mode, no conscious intention. I was just so tired that I let it happen. I'm just putting it out there. If you consider it a relapse, I give in and you win

    Gonna be honest with you, I wouldn't call almost four minutes "peeking" brother, that's straight up watching; peeking would be clicking it on auto-mode, out of a mindless habit, and then 3 seconds later realizing, "oh shit, I'm not supposed to do that, I forgot I'm on nofap", and then turning it off immediately. If that would be the case I guess we could keep going, but 4 minutes is a long time friend to call it "peeking"...

    And especially long for it to be an auto-mode with no conscious intention. Are you sure it was unconscious by that point? Never in those 4 minutes you realized what you were doing? An awareness that you are watching and awareness that you are not supposed to do that? I mean, I have clicked on and played a porn video in the past purely out of a mindless habit—cause that's what I always did on my phone before bed, so I did it without even thinking—very much the same way as I once put my phone in a freezer, along with the vegetables, cause I was too engaged talking with somebody and was unpacking groceries on an autopilot lol. :oops: I think all of us have done something like that at one point. But I can't imagine ever going for 4 minutes without conscious awareness at all! That's extremely long time to be on an unconscious auto mode! No offense, not saying it was not the case for you, but that's just a little weird to me friend, that's all. o_O

    It looks like you do meditate, since you posted recently that you gonna be doing meditation in the @Redemptionisrequired's April/May habit challenge. But I am actually wondering, what kind of mediation? If it's Qigong then I don't know how useful it is for this, but I know mindfulness meditation is very powerful way to build more awareness, so those unconscious moments don't last for so long. Like maybe around 30 minutes a day honestly, 5 minutes would probably not have much of an effect. But I am speaking from the experience friend; when I started doing lot's of mindfulness meditation those automatic and unconscious moments became less and less, and shorter. If 30 minutes is too much then there is a hack on how to do it in less of a boring/time consuming way—the way it's described in the book called The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle—this is very powerful way to build more awareness also. Just my two cents. :)
