    well today is and was my end of the 2 week streak but I eventually failed because the urges came back stronger with the combination of the excitement made it difficult for me to do my ordinary stuff. Well I'm done with the experiment at least i made it past week 2 but now I need to improve more on myself and spend less time on my damn phone and accomplish things quicker since the phone is my trigger problem, I'm going to solve it and DO it by not PMO'ing this December.
    last thing: there is no short cuts while recovering PMO I just gotta stay away from Porn.

    Well, rather than binging until December, ( if that's what you are doing ;) ), get back on the horse ASAP, to preserve some of the benefit of your streak. Otherwise, you have to go thrpough all of that again.
