Going back through my history at NoFap and "refound" this video posted by the legendary William. It turns out I never actually watched it at the time. That was such a mistake.

This is a 16 minute talk about P addiction, why it is specific to high-speed internet P, how it affects the brain, how it is affecting everyone, how people are seeking recovery and how recovery is possible for everyone - but that there is a difference between those who started with high-speed P and those who started with normal P.

I'm sure many here have watched this. If not it is well worth it. For me it has made me re-evaluate how I view young men in their path to recovery and has made me understand that what might work for me in a matter of days might not work so quickly for someone younger who found internet P in their childhood.
