The Magic of Mindfulness

    I've found mindfulness to be instrumental in any success I've had in life.

    This short (about 20 minutes) podcast by Tim Ferriss talks about some great ways to be mindful aside from meditation.

    There are two big experiments mentioned in the podcast that I'm very intrigued by. There is the 21 Day No Complaint Experiment. The other is practicing poverty for a week. Check out the podcast or do some googling for the details!

    He goes on to talk about the Five Minute Journal ( which is something that has really helped me in my life.

    If you start the podcast at the 5:00 mark, you'll skip all the ads and jump right into the content. I'd highly recommend it!
