I'm nearing my completion of 90 days.. This challenge has been uplifting and something I needed! I feel like a better person overall, but find myself counting the days I've completed and not what I've gained... I'm scared I'll relapse after 90 days...
Make a new goal! If you can go 90, why not 180? At a point, counting doesn't matter anymore, and you should stop or you might fall into that rationalization trap that you fear.
