Plan for today is join another online addiction community for my substance issue which is irrevocably linked to PMO and edging for me and pick some online meeting times to explore this weekend. Schedule them today is the plan I mean I planned on it months and months ago but never followed through go figure.

I virtually accomplished what I talked about above.
Today's plan is to limit net use by unplugging early this morning perhaps one more educational or nonfiction YouTube video will be permitted before leaving this morning however sure browsed enough music videos already haha!
Also to read at least a couple pages from a physical book. Not on a screen I mean. Mean on the eyes.
Just don't see myself making a habit of doing this thread daily dropping out
edged a little earlier for like one minute to a Facebook nonnude profile of a model then stopped and jumped into a shower with a babe for a couple seconds before she got out caught her as she was finishing or woulda tried more in there not counting this as a reset bye
