The Porn is my biggest challenge. How can I get over it?

    I'm right now 11 days in to nofap.
    Under these days, the biggest challenge have been not watching porn. I've in fact had sex a couple of times without orgasm and that's not as hard as not watching porn when I'm at my computer. And I don't mean watching porn and jerking off - I mean literally just finding something to watch, just the urge to watch nude girls.

    How the hell can I not control myself from opening an incognito-window and watching something? It's just like opening my phone and telling myself not to get stuck on some social media like instagram/facebook but yet again, there I am watching instagram/facebook against my willpower. Just like a horrible habit.

    Please tell me how I can get rid of this bad habit and urge to watch nude girls, I think both the M and O are in fact the easy part for me. Getting rid of my computer is not an option, as I am studying computer programming.

    do use facebook or insta there you see cute semi nude girls which trigger your mind and you start thinking about nude girls your brain start maknig fantasies and you start getting strong urges and horny moods,dont sit alone try to be with someone.whenever we are alone are mind start fantasies( you know what i am talking about)

    That's a good point. All these instagram-hoes that fill up social media news feeds aren't making a NoFap-society any easier. Sex sells, I guess... :/
