When me and my ex broke up I had ordered her a bunch of Christmas presents, everyone was telling me throw it away and screw her, but seriously what kind of attitude is that?. Instead I decided to send the gifts to her anyways and I left a letter saying basically I appreciate what we had and I wish her the best, she texted me when she got it and said I was the nicest person she had ever met. Safe to say I ended things very well and I really added joy into someone’s life, but what would have happened if I would have said screw you or never sent it?, well first off that would make me a scum bag like most people, and if I did not send it things would not have ended so well, kindness wins every time guys. Another thing that is more current for me is on the ship I live on my rack mate and me do not like each other at all, I lost my temper a few times because of his high and mighty attitude and well you get it, he also took photos of toys I bought and sent it to everyone on the ship and also claimed the hentai book was gay porn and the funny thing is I planned to throw all these things away the next day, you really reap what you sow. I had a couple options, report him with no proof that he was the one who did it, or sabotage something of his, instead I prayed about it and let time go by, now I have been making a active effort to mend our relationship, I do that by just being super nice to him and understanding, I might not like him but this has proven to be super effective, and everything is ok now. My whole point of this is the path of revenge is a poison to everyone involved, it corrupts you and hurts whoever your target it, instead by showing love you become in the right and that is how you will find peace in your life, and maybe your kindness will touch the other persons heart and change them to. My goal is to become like Jesus, he is my Lord and I love him and what he stands for, and in the end by being kind you will become more and more like him.
