The power of sticky notes.

Do it today, thank yourself later:

Go to the store and pick up a pack of sticky notes. Write a few motivational quotes on them and keep them in plain sight so you see them often (especially near your computer). This helped me greatly the first week I decided to quit my addiction.

Some quotes to consider:

"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."

"Always do your best. What you plant now, you will harvest later."

"With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts."

"Trust yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement."
