Because you forgot why you started, write why you started then Everytime u get an urge read it Read relapse reports: they show you what it feels like to relapse, and u will want to stay away from it Stay away from your device during urges DONT YOU DARE PUT YOUR HAND BELLOW UR BELLY BUTTON: It's a rule, if u put ur hands down there, it's an instant relapse button Don't do checks: the most important one, DONT DO FUCKING CHECKS, they're dumb and useless, and lead to relapse, please avoid them Imagine your life if u quit, and then imagine it if u don't, which one do u pick? I was actually at day 0 because I relapsed that day earlier and didn't connected to NoFap since some weeks ago But yeah, I hope I can make 90 days this time
Before I did this streak, my highest was 12 days, and the 2nd highest was 5 days, so 35 days is a huge acheivment whether or not u relapsed, good luck man
Very true. If I can add something to this, keep yourself busy by giving yourself more tasks within your day. Gym, watching diet, learning something new etc. When tempted go to the gym or have a rigorous physical activity that clears your mind and puts you to bed till morning. If you can, stay with family or a friend to make pmo harder. Good luck.
1) Addictions are strong, you'll find yourself doing the most basic things that cause relapse over and over again. So it does not hurt to repeat things. 2) Exercise clears your head, and when tired you can sleep easier without being in your head too much. Saves you a day while the urges slowly subside. 3) By new activities I believe these should be important things in your life, new job, new qualification etc. Something that stands to improve your life. After doing it for a while and your brain registers that you are closer to achieving it, you usually start focusing more on it. Fighting this is almost like fighting with your inner self. Best thing to do is to continuously reduce the chances of relapse.

This is one of the most absurd and asinine things I have read. When you have a shower you're going to be touching your dick so you can clean it. When you urinate you have you to adjust your penis so you don't end up pissing everywhere. By going through your logic of "don't put your hand below the belly button" you didn't mention a specific purpose, you didn't say "otherwise you will fap" you just said it as a general statement. So basically putting your hand below your belly button to adjust your penis to urinate and to wash your penis equals to continuous relapses, which means your streak is continuously reset. Sounds absurd right? Unless you cut your own dick off or amputate your hands, you will always touch your penis no matter what the matter might be.
