I came up with an insane challenge for anyone who thinks they can survive it... At least for us unorganized and undisciplined people anyway. No PMO No YouTube No Gaming No Junk-food No Music Spend minimal time on phone unless for communication or streaks. Talk as little as possible. Avoid unnecessary conversation. Wake up at 4:30 AM every day. Take a cold shower after getting up. 100% effort in everything you do. Eight ounces of water daily. 9:30 PM Bedtime. 50 Pushups & 100 Situps daily Good luck if you try this lol.
