The Ultimate Ironman Challenge

  1. I came up with an insane challenge for anyone who thinks they can survive it... At least for us unorganized and undisciplined people anyway.

    • No PMO

    • No YouTube

    • No Gaming

    • No Junk-food

    • No Music

    • Spend minimal time on phone unless for communication or streaks.

    • Talk as little as possible. Avoid unnecessary conversation.

    • Wake up at 4:30 AM every day.

    • Take a cold shower after getting up.

    • 100% effort in everything you do.

    • Eight ounces of water daily.

    • 9:30 PM Bedtime.

    • 50 Pushups & 100 Situps daily
    Good luck if you try this lol.
     
  2. Idk it's a challenge I made up lol. I wanted to kinda emulate NAVY SEAL training, but as a normal person thing.
