There are lots of great habits helping man to be the best versions of themselves. What are the best habits you guys think among them? And at what time do you guys usually do/ practice them?
For me: 1. Meditation: 10 mins morning and evening --> I did this for ages without focussing on coming back to the breathe and just got carried away by thoughts 2. Pray --> accepting I'm not in control of everything / not the centre of the universe 3. Some values that are important to me: Talking to people about my emotions and being honest. Acting with integrity. Challenging myself and showing generosity whenever possible. 4. Exercise --> 4 times a week roughly 5. Stretching --> great for stress release - few times a week 6. Journalling --> write down fears, resentments, what I'm grateful for and what went well so that my life is more conscious 7. Turning the shower cold at the end --> challenging myself, every shower so most days Hope this helps mate, good luck. Let me know your thoughts on some of these points
