thinking power

    Day 3 of no PMO. In the day 3 my thinking power is much better.

    But please anybody can told me how to avoid mobile ?
    Because this a silent killer of nofap .

    Good job making it to day 3! Make it to 4! When you are not making phone calls or sending someone a message or email, you could put your phone in a box and put the box in a drawer. Then stick a note on box and on the front of drawer that says, “do not open unless it’s an emergency” or something like that. You could also set time limits on certain apps? If you have an iPhone, you could set certain hours of the day to be “downtime” and have very few apps available during those hours.
