This is my third attempt at a reboot. My first attempt was semi-successful in that I made it over 40 days. This was ruined by a break-up soon after. I then tried again but never got passed 7 or 8 days.

I am currently in a relationship and have been PMO free for just short of a week (but I'm basing my goals on the counter on my signature). Over the last few weeks my libido has been at it's lowest ever. This has been compounded by struggling with ED worse than I ever have to the point where I am now afraid to do anything with my girlfriend for fear of failure. She is incredibly understanding and very patient, even helping me with things like meditation and learning to love myself.

This is the lowest I have felt in some time and I'm struggling to regain my confidence. Previously I was still able to perform on a fairly regular basis.

I'm interested to know what, if any, supplements anyone else is taking. I'm currently taking Gaia Ashwagandha Root and Male Libido.

You sure you're ready for a relationship? Seems like a rebound, and you might get heartbroken again, followed by a potential relapse. If it were me I'd go through the reboot before committing to anyone. No amount of supplements will help. Just time; like a hangover.

We've been together a year now and things are going great. It wasn't something I looked for it just kind of happened.

In terms of the supplements I think I had some improvement last year while taking Ashwagandha but I think that may have just been my body improving whilst I had drastically cut back on PMO. I think at this point they might just be a nice idea to me but not really doing anything substantial.

Are you referring to the few day one, or the forty day? For a few people, positive symptoms start showing around the 40 day mark.

When I was going a few days. My routine hadn't really changed until last week but I've been feeling like this for the last couple of weeks. I think it's the first time I've flatlined.
