This can cause you to feel stifled. Overcome it!

    You need to:
    Laugh LOTS
    RUN
    Work your muscles
    Do Yoga
    Listen to uplifting music.

    In order to counterbalance things. You might be super serious and stilfled as a result of stopping release of tension, its built up. Sure we do this to fix certain aspects of our life but must not allow ourselves to become too stifled, too goal orientated, we musts stay present and have fun in the now.

    Achieve your goals, do what you can during the day, you cant do more, CHILL. This is serious, but focussing on how serious it is doesn't make you feel any lighter. It sucks, but if we can do nofap and stay unstifled we're more likely to succedd.

    Natural Stimulus vs Supernormal Stinulus. It may seem that others have more energy or presence over you while on nofap, even though nofap should give you more than them, its because they're abusing their supernormal stimulus whether it be food, porn, videogames, etc. Dont worry about it. Fappers, Alcoholics and Drug addicts do it to become unstifled. If we can figure out how to be unstifled without any of these vices we'll be in the position we want to be in. Let nature unstifle you!

    All these supernormal stimuli are outside the body or nature of what were evolved to so it gives them more energy than normal, its powerful and instant. But like a generator, the longer you stay on nofap the more energy you gain and cultivate, the more presence you get and the more powerful you'll become. Don't get disheartened if after doing nofap you dont see a dramatic increase in power. It'll happen drip by drip day by day.

    What we are aiming to do is to find our supernormal stimulus selves again (beating the flatline) but by doing activities that are less supernormal on the brain. Doing more natural things, reading books, walking, nature, fitness, nutrition. Eventually enough of these habits will leave good reprocussions and you'll feel better than your old supernormal stimulus self. (Your old fapper self) It all depends on whether youve accepted how you felt before when you were fapping consistently. If you were used to feelings of awfulness and lethargy, and accepted them, doing nofap will give you greater benefit and make you feel good. If you knew all a long that fapping wasnt helping and hadnt accepted these temporary feelings of lethargy or brainfog etc. than rebooting is more painful, because it takes time.

    Supernormal Stimuli to cut down on:
    Porn & Masturbation (obv)
    TV
    Music
    Digital screen based things
    Processed foods that taste 'amazing' (chemical rich, sugary, fatty)


    Replace these with natural habits
    Walking
    Reading
    Eating natural food
    Natural forms of entertainment that don't require a screen
    Being and living more naturally.


    I believe THESE ARE THE KEYS TO SUPER POWERS!!

  3. Essentially it's about getting back to basics as a human being, being more in tune with nature and slowing down to appreciate the simple things.

    We've created an artificial reality which our natural bodies were and never will be designed for. To be at peace with yourself, free in today's junk filled era is an accomplishment in itself.
