so, after being addicted to PMO for more than 10 years, I am finally decided to quit, I am doing 90 days hard-mode. Any tips would be appreciated.
I can advice you to be easy on yourself, by this I mean to aim for less and keep going up. For example 3 days, then 7 days, 14 days etc. Along the way you will learn about your own weakness and try to avoid triggers.
