    I am very very tired, tired of being addicted, tired of keeping it to myself and now i can finally say it for the very first time I AM ADDICTED TO PORN. As a girl/lady/female being addicted to porn is 100 time more shameful than being a guy who is addicted to porn, especially if you are from Africa, like I am.
    it has been three hours since I last watched porn and I am happy about that, I hope that I can find support from my fellow ladies who have overcome this and also tips from males will not hurt. Wish me luck.

    Hello! Good luck to your journey,block porn sites using StayFocused for phone and for laptop/pc K-9 web protection. Eat healthy,workout,and forget about being addicted to porn,just don't think about it and let NoFap do its job.

    Women speaking up about this will make it more common and therefore less shameful so good job for that and great that you want to quit porn. I suppose I should mention that there are various methods of quitting so if something doesn't work you could try another. What worked for me was quitting other addictive things like video games, memes, video compilations, then porn videos only at first. I still masturbated and viewed other porn material but in time I decreased what I viewed and stopped masturbating.
    I'm not saying you need to do any of that, just that there isn't only 1 way. Good luck.
