Time to Start Over

    Tomorrow will be Day 1 for me. I gave in this morning. I can easily go another 19 days. I'm blessed that I did go that far. But now its to start over and go past my old streak. I will give in this time. I will continue to fight. I still look at women as human beings though, when I see one I'm like wow "I want to date her". Plus I got more grad classes coming up which there will be no time fore do it. I already feel it, believe it and sense it. I'm going all in now.

    A relapse is not a failure unless you fail to learn from it. Also, a single episode doesn't usually wipe out all of your mental progress, but bingeing does. So, when you relapse, learn what went wrong and go right into the next streak without any binge.

    True good reply. yes I will keep going and kick this habit out of my life. No matter what happens. I will get through this and I can, will, I must. Lets Go. I want to change my life for the better and I will.
