    My first week was all about motivation and inspiration, but now moving on to second week I feel low in motivation and inspiration.

    Now its the time to get focused and self disciplined


    I will keep everyone posted of all positives from my day and also the draw backs which I would like to change.

    You can also use the thread by posting the positives from your day.

    Day 1
    Yesterday, I happened to relapse and was in a bad shape all day.
    I studied just 1hr
    Exercised
    Meditated

    Day 2
    I stopped snacking.
    I meditated for abt half an hour.
    Used computer only for half an hour and I am currently on a 2 day streak of abstaining from youtube.
    Just by abstaining from youtube , I think I have become more calm and happy.
    Exercised a bit.
    Cleaned my room for the first time in the past 2 years.

    Day 3
    I exercised for about 40 mins.
    Meditated for 20 mins.
    Studied for abt 2 hrs.
    Wrote a mock test for abt 2 and a half hrs . Got a score of only 200/960.
    Let's see how I improve my score after 10 days.
    No snacking.
    No youtube.

    P.S. Going gadget free for 24 hrs.

    Day 4
    Going gadget free proved to help be with many things. I recommend everybody to try it atleast once.
    So Today's benefits.
    1. Exercised for 1hr
    2.Meditated for 1 hr
    3. No snacking+ eating only healthy food.
    4.No gadgets for 24 hrs.
    5.I studied for 24 hrs.
    6.Spend some good amount of time in the sun(I have Vitamin-D deficiency).

    Day 5
    Probably not a good day
    Exercised
    Meditated
    Studied for 2 and half hrs .
    Wrote a mock test , got a score of 170/960
    Escaped a relapse.
