In greater seriousness, my first guess would be anxiety.
Especially in early recovery from daily masturbation I had somewhat similar experiences fairly often. Another contributing factor is caffeine and/or sugar. Many of the wise ones such as @EmmyB would suggest that you limit or exclude caffeine and sugar. I have not done a great job of that lately, but I definitely feel increased anxiety when I indulge in either. Semen doesn't usually come out for me, but it often feels like it's just about to when I am experiencing strong anxiety.
