The intellect can’t do it

What I was trying to say is that if we try to use our intellect and will (as we relate to them at present) to “fight pmo” (the boulder) then at some stage we’ll inevitably lose and relapse (the boulder will roll back down the hill to the starting point). A will that is trapped in egos of lust, fear, shame, pride etc. does not have the power to prevent itself from relapsing.

 

Practicing meditation, transmutation etc. every day slowly liberates our will from the prisons of the egos. Also connecting with people and helping them out. Of course, everyone is different but it’ll probably be a long journey.
