Tried masturbation without porn for the first time

    I've been on and off with NoFap just curious to see how long I could control myself from not relying on masturbation. I went two days without masturbation and felt very strong urges. I decided to try masturbation without porn and from then to now it's been 3 days and I haven't felt any strong urges. Is there any reason behind this??

    Welcome to the forum Brother!
    My short advice is to stop testing whether your junk works or not and finish your reboot. Forget porn. Forget fapping. Concentrate on better things in life. If you don't have any, concentrate having them.
    There's a wonderful, better world beyond this addiction. Believe that :)

    RB77, there are various theories....
    some say it is impossible to masturbate without porn coz, even though you are not watching porn on any device, you are still thinking about porn or imagining porn-like situations involving people from your life....

    I think, sooner or later masturbation will eventually lead you to Porn...or not. You try it out and tell me, man.
