I cant sleep. I dont have any weird boner or something like that or Im sweating for anxieties attacks, nothing like that, but I just Cant. I do read a biography from entrepreneur heroes or Robert green books, but I still awake until the 4-5am, its crazy and then waking up at 8am... I look like a zombies What I can do to sleep fast during this phase of the reboot?
For me, sleep came with a good physical day, with little to no TV, Internet, news pre bed, with no naps, with no excessive sugar intact. Good luck w sleeping!
