Trying to clarify my definitions

    I'm currently aiming for cutting both pornography and masturbation out of my life entirely. So here's where I'm a bit stuck. I'm married, and for reasons I won't go into, my wife is currently unable to engage in normal sex. We did some other things this morning which culminated in me finishing off by hand. I'm trying to decide whether to count this as masturbation (and thus out of bounds) or not since she was involved.

    I'm not trying to be pedantic about this, I really don't know what to think of it. Any advice from veterans?

    I'm certainly no veteran but from what I know, based on your goal you mentioned, the fact your goal is to stop P and M entirely and you MO, yes you would have to count that as M (it would've been better in terms of rewiring if she gave you the handjob)

    MO is perfectly fine as long as you MO to pure touch sensation/stimulation and not imagining a porn scene. It's good to hear you plan on ditching pornography entirely
