Trying to improve sleep with a hectic schedule

    Hey Fapstronauts,

    While I have improved my life tremendously over the course of my 53 day streak, I still struggle with oversleep. Because I can't establish a stable time to sleep and wake up, my body would need around 9-11 hours of sleep. I would ideally like to sleep only 6 (and a half) to 7 hours a night.

    I have incorporated prayer and meditation into my life which, while cleanses my mind and soul, hasn't been able to reach my body yet. It's probably GOD's way of telling me that I need to evaluate my daily activities to see what I need to improve my sleep quality.

    Is there anyway I can meet this goal despite not having control over when I go to sleep?
