Trying to include a new activity in my routine, require an opinion:

    I feel I have started accumulating some fat around my belly, for which I have a found running as a solution. I am planning to run for approximately 20-30 minutes every day.However, I am not sure what would be the right time of the day to perform such an activity.
    My viewpoint is that evening could be better as after having my dinner i might feel I may end up getting tired soon and will be sleeping at the right time.

    What is your opinion?Any other recommendations on proper running techniques will be appreciated as I am also looking for some on the internet.

    I've heard that 6-8pm is ideal for excercise. Great to work up an appetite ready for your evening meal, plus it's after the afternoon lull.
