trying to quit from porn addiction

    Now I want to get away from porn because porn destroys the mind in many ways. The perfection of porn is spoiling our real fantasies. Porn is destroying my mind and it feels like every girl should be ready for sex which is not true. I really want to quit porn addiction but the desire of releasing dopamine is really made me go for it more and more and more. Now I really don't know what to do I am suffering form high testerone levels and also suffering form short temper.

    You gotta get away, just pull the plug on your addiction. Heres a link to a post I did on what helped me along, thought I'd post this rather than reiterate, I hope that these can help you in some way.

    One thing I didn't put on there but wish I had was to get rid of your smartphones and any device such as a PC or Tablet needs to be in a part of the house where you have people around or where you can be seen from outside of your house, its a good deterant. I know it may seem like getting rid of the smartphone is a big deal, but let me tell you that I and many never look back, you come to realise that it's not important and there's so much free time without using you phone all the time.
