Typs of the void meditation.

    The void meditation in short words is the skill of still the mind and shuting you own thoughts by your own will at anytime in any situation, this is so benefitual for facing and dealing with dangerous situatiob where most people freeze in thier place or get panic... This will learn you to have a lesser focus and be calm and cold blooded and be able to deal with any situation by using your mind instad of emotions.

    Method number 1 - with your eyes open empty your mind from thoughts and sounds and focus on one thing here and now it could be a point or a picture on the wall. You will notice that you feel like you are coverd in a plastic bag and you will notice a fog this is called the trance state


    Method number 2- with your eyes closed empty your mind from thoughts and sounds and put all your focus on the darkness inside your head you could also lesser-focus on the sound of your head (tinnitus), again you will notice you will be feeling like you are coverd with plastic bag


    Method number 3- while jogging or running put all your focus on your breath or your steps or a point in front of you it maybe a traffic sign.

    Method number 4- taking a cold shower and enduring the pain while shuting any thoughts that tell you : "there is something wrong buddy and you should stop", ignore these thoughts and ignore that pain and countinoue.


    Method number 5- sit or stand while having a headphones and listeing to music and put all your focus on the music while forgtting about anything alse.

    Method number 6- holding a hard physical pose like the handstand or the horse stance or the plank and enduring the pain and shuting any thoughts that tell you to stop

    All these methods are great...just chose one of them and do it everyday, and when doing it start with two minutes a day for newbies and when advanced you could go up to 15 minutes to as long as you want.


    The benefits of void meditation are :-

    1- lesser focus

    2- calm down the mind

    3- help you think slowly and slow down racing thoughts, and this will result in a better judgment in one's life

    4- help you to control a dangerous situation like a boss and not feeling panic or freezing or shaking


    5- make your mind attract what you want in life whether it was money, women or athority.. Etc

    6- give you an iron will


    7- increase ability to endure pain


    8- increase stamina and sport/athletic performence.

  2. It is impossible to empty your mind but letting it run it free and guiding it in the direction you choose is possible . If you empty your mind you are brain dead or sleeping .

    you could empty it by focusing in one thing here and now this will make it harder for other people to read your thoughts or to expect what you gonna do.

  4. Yes, like focusing on the breath but I find when meditate I feel best is when my mind wonders all over the place then I gently bring back to the breath .
