Understanding is the key

    When I started talking addiction one after another found some great talks. I have tons more but it takes a drastically different change of perspective from the common knowledge to what reality actually is being paramount to my turning around. Sadly I think reality takes a back seat to dogma and maybe reversing this thought could work for you like it did for me (or you are an intuition master and i bored you ^_^). Also forcing accountability by giving advice at the beginning of this journey :p.

    I haven't seen the rest but the first video is profound and I understood straight away as it describes me to the letter.... Disconnected. I think you have to understand something to change it. I understand I ive led a very very lonely disconnected lifestyle more so over the last four years. That has changed so much this ywar and at break neck speed since August.
