I stopped watching YouTube for 5 days and ended insta i still have the acc but i don't login
Many research show that people spending more time on social media end up with anxiety and stress
Also we should limit our time on nofap coz it's also a social media

Deleting all social media was tough for me, but it honestly made a huge difference in my battle against this addiction. It felt like my brain wasn't being used up and consumed by all the garbage that's on social media. When I was constantly on social media my brain was all over the place. I was constantly looking for one new post after another, my brain consuming without really comprehending. Deleting social media has made me feel way more focused on the things that matter in my life. Whenever temptations arrive I have the brain power to say No! instead of before where it felt like my brain didn't have focus and found it very hard to resist.

  5. Reddit is one of the most toxic sites on the internet. Be mindful of what you search on there.

  7. That’s because the news is a business. They report the most negative headlines of the day because it helps them make more money. It’s Psychology 101. When people are nervous and scared, they are more likely to watch what is happening.

Quitting the news will improve your mental health in a very positive way.

THIS ^^^ agree sir. The swiping I think lowers our attention span. The news feed was sold as a tool of convenience, but turned into a hampster wheel for humans.

  11. Removing social media from my life has been very rewarding. I've noticed I'm less impatient, less depressed, and more mentally present in the moment and when talking with people. I also feel as if my ability to deal with stressful situations has improved; It's as if my social media life of venting and voicing every thought that came to mind kind of robbed me of a portion of inner strength.

  12. @MrBlue201: i just use this forum and WhatsApp. I'm thinking to spend a month without use the cell phone. So, I'm going to start it after some days. There are twenty five days i don't watch any video on youtube or tv, play games, do PMO and listen to music. I think this challenge will be good for me.
