So the other day I wrote an article called "A New Mindset" in the reboot section. I talked about this mindset I am trying to develop to help defeat my addiction. Its simple "porn is a waste of time". Now I am only about 3 days in but its worked. Like today. I was driving home from work and out of no where this thought pops into my head but I immediatly said no its a waste of time and boom just like that it went away! I am going to keep trying to do this and I am hoping it will continue to work!
