    Its been hurting for a while, I really must have f*cked it all up. I don't even get turned on by porn anymore or anything. My penis actually hurts now but lightly. I'm on Day 11 right now. I was trying to do kegels and maybe did it wrong, I pushed fluid to the top of my penis when I had an erection, and held it several times. I think thts why it hurts. Idk. anybody know what thats called or ever do the same?

    i get erections through the day sometimes but theyre not hard usually, and i have fluid in my penis in the morning i think so its hard then.

    I am on Day 11, not turned on by anything, but I definitely have PIED and anybody else have familiarity with my issue? Penis ever hurt? I am trying make it 90 days.

    UPDATE: idk what is going on? i was laying on side and my totally flaccid penis had precome coming out of it. is this normal for overmasturbation?

    I completely understand PIED, but don't know about the pain. I am on day 16 here. I have not been doing any exercises. I'm just trying to get used to no PMO.

    Well the fluid is blood, James. But I would not suggest you force it to the head of your penis. It will function normally again as your brain starts to heal from the abuse of the addiction. The best recommendation is to leave it alone: do not touch your penis unless you are peeing or washing it!

    thank you im just scared, i always think what if i have a hormonal problem. but i have masturbated 5-6 times a day and that cant be normal. ive done it for years. over and over and over.
