I'm feeling them so frequently, it's rough. I'm even resorting to prayer to help me through. Also, my accountability partner hasn't been on for awhile - I think he's gone over the edge :/
As you go deeper in the PMO journey, you will notice some people not coming back. It’s tough. Find an AP who is committed with the same goals (i.e. 90 days, etc). I have found it to be more helpful or find someone who are on the same streak as you are. You can do it! Stay strong brother!
