Oh require. That's pretty funny. The bill won't pass, if this isn't a joke. It doesn't really make any sense. More of a funny concept.
Just say the USA should become like Switzerland. Instant requirement for drafted people (or whatever) to have a firearm. We know how the Left everywhere in the world loves European policies. Except for the European Left.
Governments throughout history have a very bad track record of ratcheting up the horrible treatment of its own people; especially once they are disarmed.
how much does an ar-15 cost? Last time I checked it was like 600$ which is currently out of my range.
They range in price, but $600 is on the low end. I'd save up for one. I think it's worth it anyway. I'd rather have one I never use then suddenly need one I don't have. The cops show up after you are dead.
$600 is on the low end for a new one, but if you don't mind buying a used gun you might find some cheaper. I bought a used AR for $825. The MSRP on a new one of the same model was $1200. If you save up some money you could probably get something nice at a 4th of July sale. Edit: I forgot to mention I got it on a black Friday sale.
I can’t think of a single moment in history where the people were disarmed and it didn’t end in total disaster.
I have to give you that, your entertaining factor here is as high as reading individual number one´s twitter account and the comments there.
Used quality is always better than new cheap. It's the same with pistols. You are better off getting a police trade in glock than a new high point.
