So, i've been on a 14 day streak, before that for a week (relapsed with only masturbation not porn) and 2 days after chaser effect got me and I binged couple of times. I was feeling very depressed but i decided to go for a long streak and really commited myself. After 20 hours, i started to feel good. And 10 minutes after, suddenly flat line kicked in. I was like wtf? Isn't it too early? I had zero libido and mood swings but hear this out. I was struggling with anxiety before this flatline. But when it kicked in, i started to feel opposite of numbness. I was feeling very high stress, and very high happiness at the same time. Songs were more enjoyable, also bad thoughts are so much painful. This is not like any flatline i've read in the forum. Is this normal? I've been in it for 1 days but i think its more smooth than before and i actually liked it. Sometimes its hard and painful but, i'm not feeling that anxious most of the time. Is that normal?
NoFap makes you do and feel batshit crazy stuff because your body/mind never experienced something like that.
Yes, its totally normal for me. Honestly abstaining from PMO especially porn, makes me feel depressed, weird, sensitive to emotions, music, etc. Its all your brain trying to in a sense "punish" you for taking away its dopamine hit
To me, having to do NoFap is itself "not normal" and the things I've felt so far... I'm not sure if I know what normal is anymore! But I might be starting to get an idea!
