Waking up early.

    Hey guys I posted almost a month ago, I finally have been able to keep a good streak after failing but if all goes well I'll have an 8 day streak since the last time I posted. Anyways, I'm on day 5 right now and I noticed that the last time I was on a NoFap streak I always wake up early. Does anyone else get this? I wake up earlier than usual and feel great! It's currently 7:30 am and I'm about to get a workout in. So yeah just wondering if anyone notices they wake up earlier when they stayed on Nofap.

    Our energy is conserved while rebooting,so that might be the cause of waking up early.

    Nope. Have not noticed anything like that from not fapping. But I always wake up very early when I have a wet dream. It can continue for couple days afterwards. Then it goes back to normal until I have next wet dream. It's not just orgasm. Orgasm alone does not effect this. It's wet dream in particular. There is something specific about that orgasm. I haven't heard of anybody saying this happens for them too, but that I what I observe for myself.

    Well I have been getting up around 6:30 am to 7:00 am weekdays and 8:30 am on weekends because I have early classes in my gym. Also the weather is getting warmer which helps. I can say rebooting/rewiring does help with wanting to get up early. To me it is quite encouraging.

    Agreed! Its been consistent, also today woke up at 7;30 and hit the gym at 8.

    I noticed i wake up earlier, mostly because im hella happy now so im excided for the next day
