    Or any kind of exercise. Temptation feeds on idleness, so the best way to break those initial sexual thoughts is to just do something. After you do that something, you will not only destroy your idleness, you will also destroy those pesky sexual thoughts.

    Don't believe me? Then give it a shot this week starting tomorrow.

    Dude, this is a fantastic idea. I'm all about doing whatever you need to do to be successful. Excellent advice. Also, if that's not an option, a cold shower will pretty much blank your mind while you're in there. I always recommend those. Work like a charm.
     
  3. As soon as I read this I thought of the old proverb "Idle hands are the devil's workshop."

    A good idea. Walking has been proven to destress us and make us happy. But the powerful thing about going for a walk is not actually doing it, but deciding to do. It is that initial decision to turn away from your sexual thoughts to a productive activity that really tells us whether we have the mettle to beat this addiction or are going to be constant relapsers.

    Haha, you're welcome! In all seriousness, I wouldn't start with icy cold water the first time you try it. It may turn you off from cold showers altogether. Start with somewhere in the middle and work your way down to colder temperatures.

    You can ease into it at first. Start semi cold and slowly turn down the dial as time progresses. Then youll get to a point when youll just crank it down and jump in. Its quite a nice rush actually. And not to mention for probably a straight 30 seconds after you get in your mind will just be BLANK. Its quite an amazing experience actually. Great stress reliever. And will completely evaporate any urge to PMO. Highly reccommended.
