Was stuck in a fantasy.

Hello there, so just now I was hanging out with my friends, and on the way home, a huge fantasy really hit me hard, I can't cut it, I just can't. I tried to pinch myself as hard as possible to snap out of the fantasy, but I don't know why, this time it doesn't work (usually it works for me). I tried really hard to get out of the fantasy, but I can't. And I think I've precame a bit too, as I saw my pants were a little wet (not sure if its precum tho, might be pee). Now I feel really horrible, can't get out of my bed, can't look at people in the face, and heavy sweating, etc.

So the question is, did I just break my 3 month streak? And it feels like I'm beginning to crave for p (I had no trouble with this before), I'm really frustrated right now, please help.
