It’s actually totally up to you to decide. Yes, the whole idea is PMO but they are up to you to play with. I still watch porn without MO.

At the end of the day it's whether you see some improvements in doing nofap or not which you said you did, counting the days comes second to that.

I read a lot of journals and have experienced this as well - you start by watching P and thinking it doesn't effect you because you don't notice any instance drawbacks.. But then a few days gone back and your dopmain levels just explode and you relapse.. As much as we all think we can control our bodies - to me when i did watch P in one of my trials and say that i am over it, i relapsed 10 days later and those 10 days just drove me insane with edging.. I think the best thing you can do is set up multiple trackers: last time since i m'ed, last time since i watched p, last time since i pmo.. etc.
personally i only consider a relapse to me is when.. fap.... (my last relapses didnt even involve p or fantasy..).. but i am not going to go look up porn no matter how hard my brain wants me to, i will fight it off till i di

This is so true and relateable. I just had the same thing happen to me. i had a thought saying i should watch it. so i did. and now i have extreme urges. Makes sense because i tricked my brain into believing im having sex. Now its like im relapsing. I havent fapped yet but its so hard. So im just gonna reset the counter and discipline myself to not watch porn at all.
