Watching The TV Show "Shameless" while rebooting.

I think it won't help, but equally it won't do much damage. If the fake sex scenes are not hardcore and just normal, conventional sex I don't think it would really hold you back. It may hold you back a little but abstaining from PMO is the big part, just don't go out of your way to watch these scenes. The brain has a funny way of making us think we are doing something for an innocent reason when it's trying to force a relapse for that dopamine hit. If you start skimming through the programme to find these scenes, or watching a particular episode multiple times, reconsider whether you should be watching it as it may lead you to PMO.

That show is not helpful when trying to reboot. I would put some of the scenes on the level of softcore P. I would stay clear of it for the duration of your reboot, plus it's not like it won't be there for you to watch when you're done.
