Website blocking help?

    Looking for help. My biggest problem is going on Omegle and wasting hours and hours on there, often times at work. It's not a site that's blocked, and I don't have admin access so I'm having trouble blocking it myself on Internet Explorer. Chrome and Firefox are easy because of the siteblock add-ins they have, but I can't figure out anything for IE. Any techie folks here have any tips?

    Editing the hosts file works, though I'm guessing you can't do that on a work PC. If you use a personal laptop on your work network though, it could work. Alternatively, can you not report the website to IT or someone as something that should potentially be blocked?
