On my 4th go weaning off masturbation. Went 150 days but some medication stuff 4 years threw me off unfortunately. I'm seeing the urges coming about from 3 to 6 or 7 days later. I've been at this again for a month now. My shortest wean time is 8.5 days. I'm getting better and stronger at saying no. Can go 4 or so days saying no so far. Everytime seems to make the urge like then be less than before.
