gotta tell you, it felt like a low point in my life before I went in. I was not happy that I was there. However, it turned out to be a great experience. Met a few younger guys that also had been diagnosed with SA due to PMO by a therapist, and I think it's really going to help me if I stick with it. Just being around people that you can form a connection with helps me deal with the urge to PMO. Personally, when I relapse, it's due to ultra low feelings about myself. Usually if I get rejected by a female, I'll start to think there's no chance I'll be having sex anytime soon, and welp... I think this group will help with those kinds of thoughts.
