that is absolutely not a relapse. having an erection is one thing that possibly everyone here in nofap has, that's definitely normal.
now, a relapse for me is having the will to have sexual pleasure or satisfaction.

about the 2nd question, i think erection alone doesnt suck up energy. but when with P and O, it does.
erection (specifically morning wood)happens because of the bloodflow on the genital, there's no dopamine rush included. dopamine rush is the phenomena on your brain that happens when you watch porn or have orgasm. that's what drains your energy and causes you to feel tired or lazy.

 

So until you are asexual you are relapsing every day? The point of nofap is to be able to have a good sexual life with someone by leaving porn and desperate fapping behing cuz thats fucks up your brain and body.

 

my point was... everyone's confused wether they relapsed or not because of something that happened accidentaly or involuntarily. in this case, i said a relapse is when you wanted to do it cause the subject here is a guy that had no intention at all to relapse.
