Today is day 37 , I woke up this morning to my first wet dream in what seems an eternity. I don't remember having any sexual dreams the night before , I know they're natural but what worries me is that this will negate all of the benefits I have gained so far. Still resisting all the creepy urges. I really want it to work out this time!!!
Wet dreams are a natural function of your body. Like sneezing or blinking it's just something that happens that we have no real control over. No worries, carry on.
