    I’m 24, this seems to be ridiculous for my age. I hate it because I know it’s hindering my progress. It frustrates the hell out of me because I can’t even control it. Sometimes I try to wake myself up if I become aware enough as I’m about to have one but it hardly ever stops it. Just needed to vent a little bit.

    Give it time brother, this can happen early in recovery, it will calm down.
