Wet dreams

    Hi guys.

    Lately I stopped having cold showers. I was doing it since start of NoFap like 2 years ago. Now, I'm just washing myself in hot and somewhat-cold water, but it's not about that.

    3 days ago, I had wet dream. Yeah, like all of the load was released, my mood was terrible for all day and I couldn't get myself to get something done. It would be over, but I have this now every night. 3 days ago, yesterday, today... I don't know what's going on. I'm not watching P or something that makes me horny. Not even sleeping on my belly. My dreams are not erotical - it's just a normal dreams (I think). It's the first time for all my journey on NoFap. It's really makes me go crazy.

    Does someone had something like this? How you handle with it?

    I just got this , and it happens so much its temporary tough after 4 days the mood is good. Dont panic, but its damn annoying too feel shit for a while for something you cant control. Its the body that is used to years of releasing.

    I do notice when it comes out its never clear white? Any idea why?

    If it's yellowish, from what I read, that is from dead sperm cells.
    I think of wet dreams in this way- if you are sleeping soundly enough that you have a nocturnal emission, then that is great for your rest. I wish I slept so well.

    Yeah, it's always kind of yellowish and horribly stinks. If it's dead cells, so ejaculating this is a good thing (I think?).

    Its not even yellow , its just clear really weird tough. Wet dream made me very depressed tough today.

    What you are describing sounds much more like an infection (in your tubes or more likely the prostate). Go to a doctor and get your cum checked out straight away.
