Wet dreams

    Anyone having any thoughts on wet dreams?

    I was going strong on my first try with no relapses, but after about 20 days I got my first wet dream. No biggy, can't be helped, but last night (25 days) I got another one.

    I don't really mind THAT much, because I can't much help it and it's pointless to beat myself up over something I can't help, but I'd still rather not have them. Are there ways to prevent them?

    I'm still trying to find ways to completely prevent them.
    Things I've tried in the past that may work for some people:
    Controlling your thoughts - don't fantasize about PMO or P-subs.
    Drinking tea, in particular green tea, before going to sleep.
    Sleeping on your side.

    All of these things help somewhat, and success varies from person to person.
    Currently I'm trying a qigong technique mentioned here:
    Apparently you need to do it dozens or hundreds of times every night.
