What age are most people here who start this no PMO?

Just curious, I guess most people indulge on porn and masturbation until the point they break or realize there's a problem. Problems for me didn't really arise until 30, before that I was still able to get erections pretty consistently and orgasm felt great. It was just past 31 and 32 that big problems start to arise and nothing turns me on anymore. I started when I was about 13, although I wasn't that addicted in the start.

I see there's a lot of young people here in their 20s with problems already? Although I think at that age it heals faster. Not sure how long it'll take to heal for me or if it'll ever heal, PMO for almost 20 years to virtual sex instead of real sex, I guess that makes it even harder since the brain grew up wiring to virtual sex from videos?

Really scary that some people report over 1 year and still no libido or sex drive. Is it much harder to heal past 30s and 40s?
