I just recently relapsed, and I'm feeling like garbage. And I want to binge, but I still have the willpower to not binge. But I hate the depression! What should I do right after?
Stay away from internet. Take a walk, get out of home, go visit your friend, listen to music while outside etc helps. Don't forget to download K9 if you don't wanna binge.
Love and be kind to yourself. You are human and this stuff helps you to get through life. You think you can just decide to not do it and everything runs smoothly?
Just abstain. After a two or three days you should be right as rain. Think of the heavy feeling as 'penance'. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
